Justin came out today to turn on our irrigation system for the season. He was patient, professional, and thorough. We really appreciate him. We also thank Scout for her good communication and scheduling! With employees like this, you will always be Number One!

Had a great experience! Tim was very professional and has great communication. The crew who put our artificial turf in was awesome! The installation looks great and they cleaned everything up nicely. Our Tanky Boy is one happy pup with his new play area :). Thanks Drakes!!!

I was beyond pleased with the wonderful work that Drake's crew did! I had my backyard landscaped and replaced the grass area with turf. It looks amazing and my 2 chihuahuas that wouldn't even set foot in the muddy, wet grass during the Winter now LOVE to run around on the turf! It has made a huge difference in my dogs and our enjoyment of the backyard! The plantings look terrific and I can't wait for Spring to see everything blooming... Thank you to the crew that were so professional and respectful!

Norman was here to startup my irrigation system, tested it, and found a leak! Thank goodness he was so thorough and willing to make the repairs immediately. Norman is a super tech and my new hero!! I also need to thank Justin Snodgrass and Nate Souza; they designed, installed, and continue to nurture my yard (water feature included). Your customer service is outstanding, thank you!!

This review has been needed to be written for awhile. SO, here it goes. We relocated to Portland the winter of 2020. Crazy time in the world and a new adventure for us for sure. We purchased a 1910 farmhouse that was being eaten alive by the landscape. We decided to start over and rip everything out and let this old gal breathe. Spring 2021 arrived and we realized we had a sweet little gem within walking distance from us...Drakes 7 Dees. From day one I have had nothing but the most gracious interactions with each person who works there. Fast forward to August 2023...hundreds of exterior plants…

The technician, Lee, was so nice. He shook my hand as he introduced himself, he smiled. Finally, he didn’t outright laugh when he found the water turned off. I was grateful. Then he thoroughly checked all my zones and sprinkler heads. Which he found to be in good working order. So all in all I give this experience a big fat yay with all the trimming’s.

Norman was great -on time, took the time to answer all of my questions about how my sprinkler system worked (and could work more efficiently), and even went above and beyond to help me with a landscape lighting issue. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Every person I have interacted with there is fantastic. Knowledgeable and charming in their interactions. Maddie was very helpful today! Great staff and beautiful plants!
