We are excited to celebrate the 250th Birthday of the USA by having a party in our new Naussa Pool. Naussa Pools and Spas did a wonderful job on our pool project. The pool itself is amazing and we are also thankful for all of Naussa partners that help make our dream come to a reality. I would highly recommend Naussa Pools!

I had a pool installed a few years ago and had hired Nassau. Had issues with the liner since day 1. They have been to the house multiple times to “Correct” the issue. Now they are claiming it is a chemical imbalance and refusing to do anything about it when it’s been an ongoing issue since day 1! I have given them multiple opportunities to make it right so hence the review. The auto cover also works roughly 80% of the time. The gal answering the phone said it probably needs to be aligned and I said alright let’s schedule a technician. Zero communication whether a technician is coming or not. I…

Nassau installed our pool two years ago. Team was really efficient and nice so we purchased the pool maintenance package. At the end of the season we were billed for an unexpected $450. We left a message for the manager and she wouldn't call us back. She eventually sent us an email that basically said that we needed to pay the fee or forgo the pool winterization. Disappointed in their behavior. Please beware if you are going to use their services. Update - We received a call from Nassau shortly after I posted.
