Jeff and his team are a pleasure to work with and truly go above and beyond. They replaced our liner, pump, and fixed our filtration system. All of this started with a detailed measurement of our pool to ensure the custom liner was accurately ordered. Throughout the process Jeff stayed engaged and let us know where things were and when we could expect our liner to be installed. He and his team were very efficient during the install and made sure to explain the process and follow-on care to maximize the life of our products. There aren't enough words to express our appreciation for the superior job Jeff did on our pool. He totally explained every step in the initial visit including the cost, schedule and process. He offered his opinion but let us make the final decision based on our needs. I didn't think that Jeff and Steve would ever finish measuring. But that is crucial if you are a perfectionist. And the finished product is perfection. Every pool contractor should have the same professionalism and work ethic. We can't say enough about the look of our pool. It is fantastic!

Jeff and his team were top notch! From the beginning of the planning process through the completion of the project Jeff was honest, upfront, and extremely professional. We got the pool installed in November 2021 so that we’d be ready to swim in the spring of 2022. He and his crew were quick, dedicated, and courteous! Overall it was a great experience building. Then in the spring he came out to install the last pieces of equipment and got us up and running to swim the first week of May! Great pool training when it was handed off. Finally after not being able to swim over half the summer due to storms ruining our pool liner, we got our new liner installed this week. Shout out to Jeff Sedletzeck with Playtime pools. Playtime Pools LLC helped us design the pool that fit our needs. They were very courteous and friendly. Jeff kept in touch, keeping us up to date with when installation would happen. Every thing was explained thoroughly and no surprises or hidden costs. Can’t say enough about the professional service provided by this company. Installation was completed in November and they closed the pool at that time. We received “pool school” this spring in a very timely fashion. Do you have a pool in the Terre haute, Indiana area? If so call playtime pools for all your pool needs. Opening, closing, and in between. They are reliable, friendly, knowledgeable. Best place we've had service our pool. Took us a few bad apples to find the sweetest in town.
