We had an amazing experience with Titan. They completely transformed our backyard into a beautiful and highly functional space that our whole family can enjoy. Our project included a deck extension, retaining wall, patio, and dog turf, fencing and more. Everything came together seamlessly. Titan completed a total front, back and side yard renovation for us last fall. We got on their schedule a little late in the year, so our project completion date was pushed around a lot, but they did complete the project before the snow fell. I recommend getting on their schedule as early as possible. The stone and paver work looks great and held up through the winter. The crew was professional and easy to work with. We hired Titan to build a fire pit area, walkway, install landscaping, spray grass seed on our back hill, install a retaining wall at the back under the deck, and build a dog run under the deck. And we absolutely LOVE the result! It's exactly what we wanted and asked for. I have never been more impressed with a company. They have taken such impressive care of us and our project since they gave us a bid two months ago. Themba came out and helped in the design process and I was immediately impressed by him and knew we could trust our yard to him. It wasn’t even a competition between him and the other bids I’d received. Their pricing was very reasonable as well while still giving extraordinary customer care. We had a boulder retaining wall built between my house and the neighbors. Themba was the project manager and he was amazing to work with. He has a ton of experience and was very interested in doing what was best for our space. He was one of the only people who came in talking about drainage and doing it correctly so it last a long time. Our project took 6 working days and the crew or Omar, Enrique, Jose and Ivan did amazing work. They were wizards with the mini excavator and left the work space neat, safe and tidy every day. Several weeks ago we had a Titan representative come to our home to organize a landscaping plan and provide an estimate of costs. We were told the estimate would be provide in 1-2 days. We have never heard back from Titan. We have called, emailed, & texted asking for a response. Not one reply from Titan. NONE We have lost most of the summer to get work done.

Titan did a good job building a wood fence for us. See previous review. I asked them to do a back yard 8’x40’ bocce ball court. They’d never built one before but, agreed to do it. Alex Grant worked closely with me to ensure the special surface layup was correct. However, when finished the court was only 38’ long, a careless mistake. Titan gave us a small refund for the difference in materials used. My recommendation is to use Titan only for work they have done before and check their work before signing off on completion.

A friend who used Titan in 2025 for her yard re-do gave them high praise. With that recommendation, I worked w/ Themba, estimator/project manger, who guided me through the entire process of gutting my front/back yards. The result from past to present is absolutely wonderful. The outcome is cleaner, sharper and a well kept look that will encourage me to go outside more often and work in my new flower beds and raised vegetable beds.
