What an awful experience this has been working with them. Not just poor quality product and craftsmanship but the people I’ve encountered along the way lack care, have been dishonest with me at times, and would rather make excuses than ever showing empathy or accountability. Long story short, hired them for a concrete patio, pergola, and grill surround in 2014. I’ve visited Vande Hey Company in Little Chute many times for plants and garden décor, and every experience has been fantastic. We are facing a product issue that has been compounded by recurring customer service issues. My husband and I have consistently experienced unprofessional behavior, including a lack of follow-through and abrupt call terminations. Despite our proactive attempts to communicate, we have had to request updates on the agreed-upon solution, which remains pending due to the ongoing customer service shortcomings. We would appreciate insight into whether this is a typical response to customer service inquiries and the recommended course of action.

We would like to give Nick a huge thank you. Our pump stopped working while we were out of town. I called on Wednesday and by Friday of Memorial Day weekend Nick was at our house installing our new pump. He kept us in the loop the entire time during installation and he went above and beyond by cleaning the pool before he left for the holiday weekend. It’s the little things that matter! Team came out and evaluated my property twice to ensure they understood what I was looking for. They asked my questions and curiosities. I learned a lot from the Arborist. Tree removal kept within a day, appointments could be tracked online. Very clean and respectful to my neighbors. Could be better at phone communication but definitely will be calling again!

We wanted a specific tree that we could not find anywhere in the Milwaukee area. We contacted Vande Hey and they found a tree for us, which no one else could find. Andrew, who I worked with, was extremely competent and facilitated the job quickly. We could not be more pleased with the service and the beautiful tree he found for us!

Excellent tree removal service! The team was professional, highly skilled, and clearly knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently, took great care with the property, and completed the job safely and thoroughly. Cleanup was exceptional, leaving the area looking better than I had hoped. They provided excellent customer service making sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tree work.
