I can’t say enough great things about Pools Unlimited out of Peabody, MA. Joe, the owner, truly goes above and beyond—no job is ever too small for him and his team. They replaced my pool steps and liner, and the quality of the work was absolutely fantastic. They also installed my pool heater and have maintained it ever since—it’s been running flawlessly. Their responsiveness is unmatched. I even had an issue with my pump and filtration system on the morning of the 4th of July, and Joe personally came out that same morning to take care of it. Joe and his Son have been working on my pool for a few years now. The service is always immediate and reasonably priced. They do a fantastic job! I have had leaky pipes where they had to break through the concrete and fix the pipe then repair the concrete. They put a new liner and added stairs to my pool. It looks absolutely beautiful. Our pool was installed in 1979 by my parents and unfortunately, it seemed that it would need to be filled in because it needed so much work. Pools Unlimited was recommended as someone who would be able to fix the issues and bring new life to the pool. I am so thankful for the recommendation. The work they do is AMAZING. Pools Unlimited opens and closes my pool yearly. They came out and relined the entire pool when I lost it to a hurricane. Could not be happier I found Joe.
