After dealing with not one, not two, but three different pool companies around the North Shore who completely dropped the ball on me or just didnt honor their work, I finally found North Shore Pool Boys and I won’t be going anywhere else from now on for my pool needs! From start to finish, their communication was excellent. My prior review was submitted prior to me finishing it. Meant to give 5 stars and wanted to write that they initially came out to my house within a day, and that was great. And then I thought I asked for a return visit but I never reached out to them and never asked them to come so I will try to delete the one star review which was a mistake on my part. In my area there are limited pool cleaning companies so I realize it may take a couple of days to get a response. Keep up the good work guys.

I highly recommend NS Pool Boys! Chris and his crew were amazing! My liner was 11 years old and had a couple of holes so it was time to replace. The quote was reasonable and other than the parts being delayed, the boys got the job done quickly and the new liner looks great! Chris and his crew were super friendly and easy to talk to which was a plus. Give Chris a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Awful! They came out on 5/15/26 to open the pool, and took the cover off (not the proper way) and set up filter then left, said the would be back. Never came back when said. Then had to call from multiple numbers to get any response. Spoke with Chris he said he would be back 7/2 or 7/3, NO SHOWED. Waited around all day and no show no response through text. Have called and text multiple times since and absolutely no response. They cashed the check right away and still have yet to finish the job. DO NOT USE, awful.

So happy with these guys! Responded quickly and patched my leaks (in a brand new pool/liner installed by someone else last July). We had a graduation party for 60+ people scheduled for the following weekend and we were panicking. Chris knew we were in a time crunch and came out in the rain to help us out. We will be using them to open and close our pool from now on.. Checked in the next day and a few days later to see how their work was holding up. Very knowledgeable, super respectful -great guys

North Shore Pool boys helped me get my pool up and running this year-I have never had a pool before and this was my first season-I’m grateful for north shore pool boys helping me with start up and also replacing the motor on the pool pump. They helped me get up and running in time for a graduation party and I’m so grateful!
