Superb job done by this contractor! I contracted with Simple Outdoor Living after reviewing three bids to landscape my front and side yard in Irvine. I also contracted with an independent landscape architect who designed my yard to include grading, drainage, included pavers, softscape, drip system irrigation, lighting, electrical, and a fountain. Simple Outdoor Living provided a clear estimate of the costs based on the proposed landscape plan. Their work crews were timely, professional, neat, and installed everything according to the plan. I would highly recommend this contractor.

I worked with Bryan and Allen to get a quote and preliminary design for my backyard remodel renovation. The project is a pretty big undertaking, but Bryan was extremely patient with all of my questions and really helped me prioritize the areas I was looking to improve. He has great suggestions to help save cost while still improving appearances, and his responsiveness was the best among everyone I spoke with. I would highly recommend Simple Outdoor Living as they are very professional.

To start with, Bryan the owner of Simple Outdoor Living showed up on time to our estimate appointment. After the estimate he gave us a timeframe that his crew would be available to get the work done, and it was done even a little bit sooner. Excellent landscape design done by Allan with a perfect balance of hardscape and softscape elements. There is no way we could have come up this this nice of a design on our own. The construction crew was courteous and professional. I would definitely work with them again.
