I have to say that my experience with CA Pools was top-notch. Our house was a new construction, so there was no demo needed. Ryan Vaughn did such a thorough job explaining every aspect of the pool construction, their process, and the cost before we even signed a contract. The "pay as they complete" process gave me a lot of confidence they would perform as they said. The team was great and they walked me through each phase. We are VERY happy and thankful to work with everyone here. From the start Ryan educated us on what to expect. He had us on the right track for understanding our material options, the entire process, timing, communication and drew up a clear contract. We shopped around but felt like we could trust California Pools after seeing their current projects. The team was amazing! They all were very professional and noteworthy a well managed project with multiple hand offs between the various phases of the project communicated to us. We had a great experience working with the team at California Pools from start to finish. When we met Ryan Vaughn for our initial visit he explained each step, laid out the costs, timelines and how working with CA pools would be a much different experience than other pool companies. Happy to report that turned out to be true. Blake created beautiful designs for our small backyard to include a large swimming spa, fire pit, covered patio and hard scape. California Pools did an awesome job on our pool. We had challenging restrictions because of our property location and the guys made it go smoothly. From conception to permitting to finish California Pools was outstanding. The guys were very easy to communicate with and made our backyard design complete. Can’t recommend enough!
