Pentair is a major pool-equipment maker, and its Kreepy Krawly line covers pressure-side cleaners that compete directly with Polaris. Like other pressure-side cleaners, they run off your pool's return water (some need a booster pump) and collect leaves and debris into their own bag rather than your skimmer.
In our testing, the Kreepy Krawly Racer is the standout for speed and coverage, while the Platinum and Legend cover more budget-friendly ground. As with all pressure-side cleaners, they're great for debris but don't scrub or fine-filter like a robotic cleaner — compare both before deciding.
