As first-time pool owners, Jim and his team were great to work with. They educated my wife and I about all the avaialble options and I never felt we were being "sold". The whole installation process went very smoothly and the crew went above & beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend them!

We had a more than wonderful experience with 3R pools and their entire crew putting in our pool at our new build. They always did everything they said they'd do and came when they said they'd come. They were helpful in all aspects to helping design the pool, to selections to answering questions throughout the build. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend George, Jim and their team!

Jim and his team did an awesome job on our new inground pool. Super easy to work with, always kept us in the loop, and the pool turned out better than we imagined. Everything was done on time and with great quality. Highly recommend them if you're thinking about putting in a pool!

This company is great! We have had our pool now for 5 full seasons and have no complaints! From the beginning, Jim & the girls at the South Lyon shop have always been so helpful and always have gone out of their way make our experience as first time pool owners great. I have referred 5 others family’s that have gotten their pools from them and have had the same experience.

We can’t say enough good things about 3R Pools! From the day they installed our pool, they’ve provided outstanding customer service. Anytime we’ve had an issue, they’ve been incredibly responsive and have always made us feel like a priority. Today, our automatic pool cover wouldn’t open all the way. They had one of their technicians stop by on his way home to fix it, and he even took the time to show us how to handle it ourselves if it ever happens again. We had such a nice experience using 3R pools. We had an old pool that needed a lot of maintenance and we could not be happier with the results. Looks brand new. Everyone was so kind and helpful and we highly recommend them for any pool needs.

Had a leak within my pump to filter plumbing. Your associate (I didn't catch her name but I suspect she is the daughter of the owner) provided me with both the parts ($15) and a strategy to test them in order to resolve my issue. Very appreciative of her help as my pool opening is back on track! Could have very easily not provided the advice and booked a service visit which would have been more money for 3R pools and a delay for my pool opening. She didn't do that, she helped me resolve it myself and earned my loyalty as a customer. Many Thanks!
