Most careless contractor I ever worked with. Missed specifications we asked for, left for long periods leaving us hanging. And did not own up to his negligence. Would never recommend him!
We have been with A Very Nice Pool Co for 15 years and they’ve been great. This past week we had an emergency at our place where two hoses in the pool house ruptured causing quite a scene and draining part of our pool. I called the office, let them know what was happening and Paul (the owner), jumped in his car, came straight over to address the situation. Really impressive customer service!
Such friendly and professional service. They got me up and going in no time when I had a problem with my filter. Highly recommended.
Like the people that come out very nice and professional. If I have to call the office they come out within a day.
