Ace Pool opened my pool this year. Great service and professionalism. If I had any questions they got back to me very quickly. My pool is sparkling blue now.

This is how my hot tub looked AFTER their deep clean service. They did bring the cleaner out again to get rid of it. After I filled the tub, a film started coming out of the jets. They then informed me that they don't actually clean the jets, and that I should hire another company for that. I would not hire these people again. The lady who communicates with you is nice but that doesn’t make up for the fact that they don’t actually know what they are doing.
We just started service with ACE Pool and Spa based not only on Google reviews, but from the recommendations from several close friends. Wow! Excellent communication and fantastic customer service! I’d like to shine light on Collin who made our pool shimmer! Looking forward to our journey with him and this company! Hands down, Collin earned every single star we gave him!
UPDATE: 3/2026 Nobody does it like Ace. I didn’t properly close my winterize my pool so it was a mess. Within 24 hrs they brought it back to life. Satisfied customer 5 yrs later. 2021 Review These guys are the absolute best. I had a faulty pool install, topped with a bad season of rain which cause a lot of mud... it was such a disaster I was considering pulling the pool with dirt and cement and forgetting we ever had it installed. I tried three different people and no one could get it resolved after promises and spending tons of money. My wife stumbled upon Ace and said let’s give them a try …
Alex did a great hop repairing the filter pump and getting our pool operational again. His level of customer attention was second to none. Thanks Alex!
