This past winter, I had a deer fall through my cover and tear up my liner while trying to get out, needless to say the search was on for a company to replace my liner. Acqua Pool came to my rescue. I had my liner replaced by Acqua Pools and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The crew that came to our place did a wonderful job, they were keeping me informed throughout the process and we had no surprises. I also had Omar coming to explain to me how to take care of the pool and he was exceptionally professional. Highly recommend. The only point of improvement is the long screening process they have when you call their office. I would suggest working on that. Still 5 stars to me.

Initially, we had the honor of working with Lou (who came highly recommended by our neighbor). About two months after that, Troy, Omar and crew built our pool- that was 19 years ago!! We have continued to use them for pool openings, closings and repairs. Omar (who always arrives with a smile on his face) is awesome and an absolute pleasure to work with! His crew is professional and courteous. We have needed some repairs over the years and Todd always ensures the crew arrives lightning fast. Tim and his team at Aqua Pools were great. We had an idea of location and what we wanted in a pool and Tim was able to transform that into paradise. I trusted the team throughout the whole process from start to finish. My wife and I met with a couple of pool companies before deciding to go with Aqua and a few things stood out for us. The equipment they use in the pool is top of the line, the level of communication was outstanding, and we felt heard on what we wanted from a pool company.

Acqua Pools service team - Omar, Mike and Tito - repaired our pool filter. They diagnosed the problem immediately and quickly replaced the damaged part and got the filter up and running again with the proper chemicals. We appreciated their honesty and expertise. Highly recommended!

After more than 15 years using their services they keep up with their promises. Three different houses three different pools. If we have an issue Todd or Jimmy will take care of it and they make sure they send the right techs out in a timely manner. Thank you!’

I have been an acqua customer for four years and their fine reputation is well earned . Todd is highly skilled and responsive to any pool maintenance issues. He also is a customer, friendly, gentleman. I highly recommend acqua.

We have been customers of Acqua Pools for about 5 years now and they always come through when we have an issue with our pool. Today, we had a part on our heater broken and we needed to have it fixed asap because we are having a party tomorrow with 30 little kids. Todd the owner came out himself to fix it right away so we were set for the party. I highly recommend them for any pool service you need.

Acqua Pools of Midland Park provides great follow up service. I needed my electronic pool panel replaced on an expedited basis and Tim and Todd made certain it happened. Also great follow up by the office staff and maintenance crews!
