We’ve been using Acquatic Pools for the past year and have had a great experience. Their team has been consistently reliable, responsive, and professional. They even came out free of charge to check our pool heater, helped us determine it needed replacement, and handled the installation smoothly. They also set up the phone app for us so we can control the heater remotely, which has been incredibly convenient. The Acquatic Pools team is fantastic. The office staff are well-organized, responsive and communicative. The staff servicing our pools have been professional, efficient, and leave our pool and yard better than they found it. They have troubleshooted issues in the past and solved multiple challenges for us. We are so grateful to have found them after years of less professional firms.

Darren and our Acquatic guys did a great job replacing our inground vinyl liner after our old one unexpectedly ripped over this past winter. I especially appreciated the clarity on pricing and options, and the work turned out great. We were even able to add some underwater solar lights, so the project ended up being an upgrade to the pool. Would highly recommend Acquatic!
