Spectacular experience with AE Kitchen & Bath! I originally started out thinking I would take on my bathroom remodel myself but quickly realized that this was an undertaking that would take forever with my busy schedule. The project manager, Jenny, has a great eye for design and space but it also a great troubleshooter. She sees problems before you do and fixes them before you can even notice an issue yourself. She came to measure 3 separate times before construction began and checked in on the contractors' work repeatedly to make sure everything was going as planned. She made what would otherwise be an overwhelming process easy and I love my very modern kitchen and bathroom! Highly recommend their service in the future! ~

Was excited to work with these folks. Very nice and up front costing. However the fine details of the finished product was missing. Small dents here and there. They Scratched hardware that we purchased and we had to purchase another set. We spent a week waiting for new shower cartridges because they didn't know what type we should get. I wish our project came with an actual project manager who would tell us what we needed to do and by when. We felt like we had to plan and purchase so many things on our own. AE Kitchen and Bath delivered exactly what we hoped for with our master bath and powder bath remodels. The team is professional, reliable, trustworthy, and very pleasant to work with. Stephen and Jenny were great at taking our input and turning it into a beautiful design. We left all of the design and color choices up to Jenny, and we are very glad we did! I have used AE Kitchen and Bath on three different projects with great success. Jenny and her crew are reliable and show up on time. The quality of work, especially finish work is really amazing. Communicating with Jenny was great and she was quick to return my calls. I would highly recommend!

Posting this specifically for their “business manager” (quotes intentional) as he made the entire experience even worse. The job was sloppy. They ruined my carpet. And I’m sure he will post some sad false apology response to this as well. That reply made the entire experience 1 star. What a way to end it on a sour note

The store's layout is well-designed, allowing customers to visualize how the products would look in their own homes. The staff was incredibly patient and guided me through the decision-making process, ensuring I found the perfect fixtures for my bathroom remodel.
