We had a fantastic experience with Agua Pools. From start to finish, they were incredible to work with. We started the project with Brett. He was very helpful with the design process, ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted. He gave us a super-reasonable construction timeline, and they finished ahead of schedule! We recently had an in ground pool installed by Agua Pools and we could not be happier with the results. Every step of the process consisted of constant communication, knowledge, and great customer service. We started with just walking into the showroom in Ocala where Brett gave us all of the pertinent information needed to make our decision. This was followed by Brett coming to our house so he could help us design the perfect pool for our space. This included 3D design which really helped us visualize the final product. We absolutely love our pool, spa, firepit and summer kitchen. Agua pools was able to bring all of our dreams to life by building us a backyard that feels like we are at a resort, while having all the privacy of being at home! I was an out of state resident who was looking to build a home and a pool in Marion County. I spent months TRYING to find a pool builder. Pool builder #1 - drove all over Ocala to meet with them. We had a great experience with Agua Pools in Ocala! Brett, our salesman, was very easy to work with — knowledgeable, professional, and never pushy. He made the entire process smooth from the start. Mark, the project manager, was amazing. He addressed any concerns we had quickly and fairly, and always made sure we felt heard throughout the project. His communication and follow-through really stood out. We’re very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Agua Pools to anyone looking to build a pool!

I can’t say enough good things about Agua Pool! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Brett, who guided us through the entire process and was always available to answer our questions. Ricky, our pool technician, did an outstanding job and made sure everything was done right. Bill and his screen enclosure team were also fantastic—the screen came out perfect.
