We have used this company for years. It was a good reliable business before it was sold or under new management and not John. They cannot be reached by phone and it is a constant busy signal. They are no longer dependable and do not stick to any schedule when the actually did come to service my pool. I am going to have to find a new company. It was suggested I go in person to manage my account and then just find another company that is reliable and does not take their business phone off the hook so the customer receives a busy signal.

Used this service for approximately two months. From the beginning the service was erratic sometimes coming three days after the last service and not cleaning the pool well. Went out of town for 2.5 weeks and came home to a green pool. Was assured someone would be out quickly. After a week with no response I enlisted another company who spenbthe better part of two days rectifying the problem. I have asked All Clear to stop service by phone email and message but they continue to send someone out and continue to bill in spite of my sending emails that I will not pay. Did not answer us or complete a weekly service for over 3 weeks. Promised a free month of pool service & to come back out to remedy it. We were happy to give them another chance. They came back once ( a day later than they promised ) and then drafted the fee for the month anyways, and now are back to ghosting us - leaving us with a dirty pool once again. Can’t reach anyone to cancel our services so I guess we will be contacting the bank.

absolute joke of a company, if Brady (the owner) gives you his word on something just know that was wasted breath. Possibly one of the easiest companies to run & this guy somehow manages to mess it up. Truly amazing. Haven’t had my pool properly serviced in multiple weeks Was promised a refund for last month services as they were not rendered.. instead he runs my card again for another month worth of charges without service. This company was good onces. I canceled with them months ago and still getting billed. I've called, text and emailed them so many times no reply. I didn't want to leave a review but might be the only way to get ahold of them.

I'm no longer a customer and still keep getting bill requests. These people will not answer emails or the phone. Stay away from this company, they are horrible

Has not cleaned our pool for over two and a half months and keeps billing us. Called office several times without resolution.

They did not come to my pool for over a month which cost me over $500 to repair. They still owe me a refund of 2 months ($470).The owner Brady has made several promises of which none were kept. You can get an idea of the owner's character by looking at his public arrest record. Stay away from this company!
