Typical pool service in Lamorinda area. They send a low cost, unskilled 'tech' out to your house weekly who doesnt test water and randomly throws chemicals in the pool when its not clear. They also charge a ton for basic tasks like cutting a new solar cover to shape or doing a one time clean up of the pool. I recommend you look elsewhere for quality service.

All Clear is a sham of a company. We have a brand new pool and they can't seem to balance the phosphates or the PH levels. They blame it on the construction being done behind our house for causing the problems, but they knew we had dust problems from the beginning and never took preventive measures. Our pool has gone through significant staining while on there watch. I warn you now, do not use All Clear Pools.Their laziness has cost deeply.

I can’t review this company based on their performance because we have never used their services. HOWEVER, we were sent an invoice for “June Monthly Pool Service” addressed to the previous owner of our home when we have owned the home for 6 months and have NEVER had our pool serviced by this company.

We have used this pool service for more than 30 years and their service is excellent. The balance is good and if there is a problem with any equipment or the pool they are able to fix it promptly. Great service and reasonable!

All Clear Pools have been upgrading my pool equipment and doing repairs for years now.They have friendly experienced techs and charge a fair price.Recently redid the mastic expansion joint around pool did a beautiful job looks like new!I highly recommend this company.

Sold out to Leslie Pool, now there prices are super high and not the same great customer service that All Clear Pools had.

They are really helpful and knowledgeable on everything pool related. They take the time to go over with you everything to make sure you are happy.
