We had an in-ground pool installed by Aloha in 2023. The process was rocky (literally and figuratively) due to clay/plastic soil that was not tested (Aloha salesman Jon tried to get us to remedy this at OUR cost) but luckily our city inspection found that before a $130k pool was installed in soil that would’ve destroyed it in a few years. Fast forward 3 years and we've only had ONE full season with working equipment for this pool. Jay is a very impressive guy with incredible talent and knowledge of swimming pool operations. We have I consider a complicated in floor cleaning system design. We absolutely love the pool that we got a few years ago, and Renee was great to work with. We had a few questions today and went to the show room in Scott City, and Lori was amazing! She answered all of our questions and even took us outside to the pool to show us a few things. We will always recommend Aloha!

To our AMAZING Sales/Design Leader, JT Taylor and Project Manager, John Wohrell and the entire Aloha building crew: JT won our family over with his vision for our pool using a comprehensive rendering program! I am impressed with the service that I have received on opening and closing of my new pool. The only thing I’m having trouble with is getting my concrete fixed. It is cracked and i had 3 contractors out to look at it and they told me it needs to replaced. I can’t get anyone from Aloha to come fix the problem or for that matter I can’t get them even to come look at the job that they did. It’s been 4 weeks now. I’m not happy on this front.

Chase did a fantastic job opening our pool. Along with doing everything with constant attention to educating me with the new first opening, he pointed out things good and that he was concerned and would insure they came a corrected them. All of the staff is amazing.
