Jake was great. Very friendly and answered all my questions. All though I not sure that my problem was solved. My problem was my pump wasn’t primming and it’s still not primed.

We started our journey with Aloha 5 years ago. We have terrible well water where we live and it seemed like every year we could never get things right. This year started off the same way. UNTIL we finally connected with the right people. Cace who opens and closes our pool saw we were struggling and he put us in touch with Lisa. She has walked us through every step to get our pool blue. The magic finally happened 2 nights ago. Thank you Lisa and Cace for everything. We appreciate it so much!!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

I can't think of a worse possible experience. One and one half years ago I gave them a four thousand dollar check to get the ball rolling for a new liner. Later on we decided to have them refinish our pool steps too. Next June four workers showed up and i nstalled the new liner, did a fine job of that. Well only two of them knew any english, they were having to read the directions on the product for the step refinishing. It was like a two part mix. I did not stay and watch do this much of this but it now obvious they did not have any idea how to do this. One month after the initial coat,…

Everyone is very nice and helpful! We the customers miss all the extra items you used to sell in our store at Jonesboro! I appreciate the modern look, but myself and another lady that were in there at the same time miss shopping for all the cool rafts and pool toys!

Daniel Jobe and his assistant were the best. I never had a problem with my salt dispenser. They allayed my fear!! Beautifully cleaned and in working order now. Daniel assists Jake to open and close my pool each year. They are reliable, trustworthy and professional yet down to earth!! Thanks again Aloha for your knowledgeable pool staff!!

My Pool Guy said my pool was leaking and suggested that I call Aloha Pools to let them know. I did just that and they were out the same day to fix it.
