I have used Amazing Pools since 2023 and they have simply been amazing. Their communication is exceptional and Ray, the owner ensures that his staff is well trained and take care of the customer. My pool has been perfect since they've been taking care of it. Problems with equipment are handled immediately, our salt gen system is kept up and each week our service tech does a great job cleaning our pool. Leo used to be our tech but he is now a supervisor. Their new pool guy allowed Algae to develop in our pool. He would only stay 10 minutes and leave. Probably how the pool developed Algae not being brushed properly plus the new pool service had to shock treat our pool because he said the chemicals were completely off although we were billed for recent conditioning and had continuous weekly service without interruption. After $180 later the pool was repaired although it could not be used for 8 days. They were slow to return calls and phone calls went straight to voicemail 95% of the time. We had areas of our pool where the plaster had chipped off and it was rough in some areas. We had several companies look at the pool and give pricing for repair. All but amazing pools priced for complete re-plaster. However, Jose told us he could fix it by acid washing and polishing it. He gave us pricing for both and as he was so honest we went with him and are extremely happy with the result. We saved $$$

I went through several pool service companies before finally lucking out and finding Amazing Pools & Spas. The owners are very quick to respond to any needs, and our weekly service tech has done a great job keeping our pool clean, balanced and beautiful. They are also on top of maintenance of our filter, pump and heater. I highly recommend checking out if you are thinking about making a change or trying pool service for the first time. It's money very well spent.

I reached out to them for pricing. Typically they don't answer the phone and they will call back if you leave a message. They told me service would be a fixed cost, but chemicals were extra. Even though i repeatedly asked, and they came by for a quote, they never provided the price for weekly service plus chemicals. Call me crazy, but i don't like surprise charges, transparent pricing. If you use this company good luck, i found a weekly pool service without floating "chemical charges," that were never explained.
