I can report a six star experience thus far. Our designer, Mark Mustacchio was most helpful in helping us design our dream pool. He gave us numerous options and was extremely patient with answering all of our questions and concerns. We decided to proceed and we were assigned a project manager. Thankfully, we were assigned the best project manager ever to build pools. Gregory Anthony pays attention to the most minute details possible. I had another great service experience today and decided it was time to leave a review. We had some recurring issues with our pool and spa lights that I couldn’t fix on my own, so I called A&S to get some help. Matt and Sam came out this morning and fixed the problem, which is great, but they did something else that I appreciated: they took the time to really troubleshoot the issue, rather than just replacing parts and hoping for the best. I do not recommend Anthony & Sylvan. The pictures speak for themselves on my plaster work. They 100% subed out the work on my pool. Anthony and Sylvan showed up to quote the job, and the next time we saw anyone from the company was 6 weeks after the job was already complete. No oversight.

Had previous a home owner install a pool with them. Materials were cheap and company did not install the pool correctly. Between trying to reorder a pool cover and working with their terrible customer service department just to get someone to come out and measure a new pool cover has been painful. Go elsewhere!

Service Techs Charlie and Kenny arrived on time and completed our repairs in a very swift manner. They suggested the best fix. Very professional. Highly recommend using Anthony Sylvan for pool filter repair when needed.
