After significant due diligence, starting with 7 pool companies, we selected APEX. Howard was more than a sales person - he patiently partnered with us thru many iterations and sealed the deal when he had one of his more technical folks help us really compare, but on lay person terms, why their approach was best. They did our decking, walkway out back, and awesome pool with sun-shelf and champaign spa. Compared to work on some other properties in our new community, they take great care of the job site itself. We had an excellent experience with Apex pools. I'm so glad I chose to go with a pool company even though we were mostly having deck work but we did need our pool drained they repaired a crack that you cannot even see and everything about the project turned out beautifully. From Howard our salesperson who was more than patient with me in selecting the product to the office staff that was very helpful and informative, and every single installer was so professional and nice and fast. Can't say enough good things about Apex, we are so happy we chose them!

Our Apex pool is close to 18 months new. From start to finish the entire team was outstanding. This being our 3rd pool build we have learned to expect the unexpected. BUT in this case the unexpected was outstanding quality, craftsmanship and follow through. Awesome experience.

Howard Steinberg did an amazing job assisting me during the sale & planning process. He ensured that all our improvement desires were detailed in the contract and the results are amazing! What a transformation. And the best part of it, Howard was always just a call away if I had any question. Great company amazing work. I highly recommend Apex pavers and pools.

I paid Apex Pools and Pavers a higher amount than their competitors based on positive online reviews and comments from other people I know that have had work done by Apex. They completed the job and sealed the pavers but as you can see from this photo, there is substantial discoloration occurring. It has been very difficult to get someone scheduled to come and replace these. I am hopeful this review will spark activity on the part of Apex to address their poor follow through. Update: Tim spent a significant amount of time working with me to get the sand right and the sealer perfect. Great at communicating and super knowledgeable. I do wish the “project manager “ Angela was better at communicating. The guys putting in the pavers were great. Hard working nice guys.

Got a quote from them. Waaaay overpriced. Hard to get the quote, they never respond to the emails. Go somewhere else.

Our pool was finally completed, and overall, we are satisfied with the final result. It looks beautiful, despite the long process, several interruptions, delays, and inconsistent communication from the company. However, there is still an important issue that has not been resolved. Two in-pool benches that were included in the original design and fully paid for were never built. Because of this, Apex Pavers & Pools owes us a refund of approximately $1,200. My husband and I have contacted the company several times, but our requests have been ignored, and we are still waiting for the money to be …
