We have used Aqua-Star Pools for 25 years and they are fantastic for pool opening, closing , and maintenance. If you have a problem, they are incredibly responsive in a timely manner. Great technicians who work hard and are managed well!
Jake and his team at Aqua - Star have been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, honest and professional. An absolute breath of fresh air in this space. I highly recommend for maintenance, repairs and seasonal items as well.
Can't say enough good things about Aqua-Star. Since switching over to their full service plan, my pool is open earlier in the year, gets clear faster, stays clear and clean all year long, and I avoid all the headaches. I hired Aqua Star Pools to service my pool after a very frustrating experience with another company. Aqua Star is amazing, the crew is friendly and professional. Totally opposite of what I had before. Highly recommend.
I have been with Aqua Star for 4 years now and my pool gets a lot of use open from April to December. The Service is first class my pool is always in perfect condition. Now that my pool is 4 years old I have had a couple issues that needed attention. Jake and the service technician always find the problem and quickly complete the necessary repairs. I could not be happier with the service I have received.
If you care about your pool, use someone else! I used Acqua Star for several years as an 'all inclusive' contract client. With this service, they would open and close the pool, as well as treat it chemically and vacuum it weekly. Part of the service was also supposed to be a weekly brushing which is recommended for gunite pools; however, this rarely happened, and usually only after I complained.
