Showed up to open our pool in May 2025 but never returned to complete the repairs. Before he left, we asked if he had the necessary parts, and he said he did and would get back to us. We never heard from him again. Two months later, he started making excuses, claiming he had called and left voicemails, which never happened. Despite not completing the work, he still demanded payment. We will never use this company again. Save yourself the frustration and money this is not a business worth trusting for service.

Extremely Knowledgeable person for the aquatic Industry in Colorado Springs. He has assisted me with multiple commercial pools over the past 3 years. I continue to seek his advice on projects, his services, contracts for start-ups, season closing, and upgrades. I highly recommend Dom and the crew at Aquatic Paradise for any commercial pool or spa repair/ upgrade/ or maintenance.

This business office appears to be closed. No one answers the phone, and I have left voice messages which have never been returned. I drove there today, arrived after 9AM, and no one was in the store. Rang the doorbell several times, but there was no answer. Looking in the windows, the "store" appears to have some pool related merchandise on shelves inside the building, but there are no signs of life. Is this business still alive?

We have had our pool for 34 years, and this was by far the best looking liner we have ever had. This company was very knowledgeable about pools and able to fix mistakes other pool companies made. We were very surprised when they came back to test our water and clean the pool. Thank you
