This place is definitely the best full-service, pool and spa repair facility in the central valley with highly knowledgeable technicians. They are reasonably priced and also perform warranty repairs for Pentair and Zodiac pool equipment. I have personally recommended them to everyone I know with a pool. The technician Brian is very friendly and good with dogs. The other tech Greg is highly trained for technical issues, even when other repair companies couldn't figure out what's wrong.
Aquatic Solutions did not fix our hot tub heating issue. Unresponsive to calls and texts after technician replaced sensor which didn’t fix the problem. Waste of money!
Repaired our pump and light inside our pool . Extremely satisfied with efficiency and professionalism. Recommend them to everyone who asks.
When you call for pool issues it takes days before they call you back or text. And setting schedules it takes weeks.
