I’ve heard great things about this company but nothing to show for it. It’s been over a month since they have serviced the pool and excuses after excuses about why they didn’t show up. The pool has overflowed twice leaving the lawn in disrepair. They were scheduled to come out once a week and have only showed up once in 4 weeks. Stay clear of the company for scheduled Maintence and cleaning!!!!!

ARK completed another project for us. This time they installed a new pool heater. Art visited our site and helped us determine the best location for the heater. He then provided help with sizing the heater and provided cut sheets of the unit we selected. That all went smoothly. For the installation, Shea and Tom did a great job with adapting the heater to our setup. They suggested an improvement for routing the plumbing that really put the piping out of harms way in our pool house. Shea's craftsmanship of the completed installation is top notch. We're very pleased! Great job ARK!

We were new to the area and to owning and maintaining pools. The above ground pool which came with the home we bought was in great shape. We reached out to ARK Leak Detection for help with opening and maintenance. They were friendly and helpful (not inexpensive). After summer we reached out again to assist with closing. During the process, we discovered the liner was leaking about a foot from the bottom. Instead of repairing they covered the pool anyway stating the water was too cold to enter, it was 70. Must read if looking to diagnose a possible leak in your pool or spa - as they are committed to finding the problem. Brief Background. Had a custom in-ground spa installed by Outdoor-FX / Pool-FX in Plain City Ohio. Upon "completion" this 3000 gallon spa was losing upwards of 400 gallons+ per week with a cover on. The Construction company (outdoor-FX / Pool-FX) claimed it was evaporation - even after I shared multiple tests and measurements. THEY hired the "franchise" competitors to eventually test for leaks.
