Lack of communication! Came out to replace a pool pump that was under warranty, had to reach out 3x for a date because they would say a day then not show or respond. (i have the texts) When they finally did come there was an electrical problem and we were told they would get back to us if they could fix or not, again days went by with no communication, after 2 phone calls being told someone will call back no one did. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend this company.

Reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly. ASP is always responsive and attentive. They show up when they say they will and do a great job. Highly recommend. I’ll be a Customer for life.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are unprofessional and crooks. They send sub contractors to do the work they do not do the work themselves. Everything is a work change order and when the contractors come in they are unprofessional. The level of the pool is higher than original. I have given 90 percent of the payment which was 45,000 dollars and received 50 percent of the work, then they ran with my money. I received a letter of breach of contract which was exaggerated and stole my money and left without completing work. I paid them for pavers the contractor had the pavers…

This is an excellent company. They were always on time and did a great job with service this year. My pool was spotless, salt levels and pH were always right on target, and my closing was great. John does a great job with coordination and is very flexible to make his customers happy. I highly recommend!

Way better then my previous pool companies. Great service my pool is always done right. Chemical readings are on point, pool is always clean when they leave. Highly recommend weekly service great prices. John and the girls in the office always answer any questions or concerns. A+
