I read reviews and received recommendations before settling with ASP. My first contact impression tells me a lot about a business. Kara was professional, courteous, and honest. We discussed what I needed and she provided a reasonable quote. She kept her word about how we would communicate and how often. She provided an appointment within a day. It was assigned to Buggy. Text made me aware of his arrival. We spoke briefly and he went to work. I was incredibly pleased with the service he provided and the respectful way approached my home and property. I highly recommend ASP.

First service with this company started 90 minutes ago. Tech shows up, cigarette in mouth (people smoke, I get it), spent plenty of time on his phone. Finished and left. I went to view pool....and found it was far from clean. Was offered by "the office" to send same guy back...the guy who couldn't do it right the first time? Lady at the office couldn't understand why I wouldn't want the same person back and wanted to school me on business (owned 5, but go for it). I’ve been the market for a pool for the last two years. I met with the major local pool companies and received bids that we completely out of my budget. I ran across ASP and contacted John. He immediately set up an appointment and we discussed what I wanted in a pool (design, hot tube and cost). He quickly came back to me with all of the above and I agreed for ASP to build the pool. We have been using ASP pools for the last year. For the last 2 months, we have had a green pool. Multiple calls to the company to come out and fix the problem so it will be safe for my family to swim have yielded the same result. No change in color - even I know there is algae on the bottom of the pool that is still there. It seemed like they did an okay job during the winter months, when it was too cold to actually use the pool :/ I'm on the verge of switching companies because, if we pay them, I do expect it to be clean.

After doing some research, we came across ASP and decided to stop by their office. From the beginning, the staff from ASP started by answering every single question we had about swimming pools. They sat with us and addressed all of our concerns prior to choosing them to install our pool. ASP has always responded super promptly to any issue I have had with my pool! They are courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about any pool issues that you may ever have. And if you own a pool you will definitely have issues! ASP is my only choice for my pool and I hope you choose them also!

Kara is unprofessional and very rude at the time I was talking to her. I was originally was talking to Charlie regarding the work order my husband submitted through American Home Shield. Kara uses her titled to intimidate me with the conversation I had with on Friday. The conversation was getting no results, so I ended the call. Kara has the audacity to call me to let me know she would be submitting the claim to AHS to deny the work order. Kara feels llke she has to have the last words.
