Was very satisfied with everything I was experienced to first of all Helen from the office is very pleasant and very communicative. We had a few laughs and she was very helpful. The guys (and girls) who work at Atlas did a great job on my front walk. My only regret is that I didn’t hire them sooner. Helen in the office, and Mike in the field made this entire experience stress free and my front walk looks like it did 35 years ago.

Mike and Brandon from Atlas did an outstanding job raising and leveling our driveway and the walkway up to our front door. Our driveway needed to be lifted 5+ inches, and our walkway was very uneven. Mike kept me informed throughout the entire process, giving me options, and because of this the outcome was better than expected. We are so happy with the results! From start to finish, our experience with Atlas Concrete was great. Helen made scheduling a breeze, and Mark's visit to provide a quote was refreshingly straightforward - he focused on what would genuinely benefit us rather than pushing unnecessary extras. The crew arrived exactly within the window we were given, walked us through everything they did once the job was complete, and left the area clean. This is the 2nd project I’ve hired Atlas to do for us. This time they raised and leveled our fallen walkway. Much easier to step up a 7” riser than a fallen 14” space!

All my interactions with the office were friendly and respectful. The estimator was on site the day after my first call. The quote addressed the issue I called about and offered an option for work I had not considered, and I stress "offer," not "hard sell," at a price so reasonable that I authorized all the work including the option. Mark and the crew were very professional and did an awesome job mud jacking our concrete driveway. We couldn't be happier with the price and result.
