My pool was not cleaned and algae allowed to accumulate on too many occasions. After multiple calls placed to the office, the owner finally contacted me and he informed me that he would work on the issue. He went on a rant about how hard it was to get help and how he wanted to retire and I listened to him calmly, supportively and acknowledged understanding. The condition of the pool has worsened and after I contacted the office yet again today, I was informed that I had been "told" by the owner during our last conversation that my service would be discontinued effective October.
