Backyard Pools was recommended to us by our landscape designer, Lori. We met Chris McNaught and started the process. Chris is such a good guy and if you find someone that knows more about pool and pool installation, I’d like to meet him or her. As you can see in the pic from this morning, we went the whole 9 yards with in-ground cover, 14x14 cabana, travertine deck, and extensive landscaping. It was a big and messy job and patience was the word, but Chris ended up doing it just as he said, and in a way that showed he had done this many times before. I strongly recommend Chris. I had a great experience with Backyard Pools. When I noticed them working on a project for my neighbor, I reached out to ask if they could dump some dirt in my backyard to help with leveling. Chris and Corbin went above and beyond — not only did they deliver the dirt, but they also leveled it out perfectly. The cleanup afterward was spotless, which I really appreciated. I asked Chris at Backyard Pools for a pool construction estimate based on an engineering design. He was professional, thorough, and timely. He explained the process in detail and covered a multitude of material options. He visited our home twice, including once with a hardscape/landscape contractor we had selected. Chris and his staff are wonderful, Did a great job with our pool redo. Had to install new drainage, fencing, repair pool cracks. And brick retaining wall around pool. Was at the job early, and worked through the day, even taking only short lunch breaks. Crew worked through nice days and bad weather days. Job was done on time, and extra request were handled and advise was given to help with our cost. We have a salt water pool, and Chris has always been great with follow up questions. We can't recommend Backyard Pools highly enough! Chris was extremely patient and knowledgeable, meeting with us multiple times, answering ALL of the questions we had etc before we ever even signed the contract on our project and that continued throughout the build and after completion. His first priority is to build you the pool of your dreams that will work best for your family/needs/property layout etc. One of the things I enjoyed most about working with him is that you can trust his advice. If you are looking for a pool. You should probably look elsewhere. I have reached out to Chris McNaught by phone on several occasions. We spoke about getting an estimate. I also spoke to him in person as he was installing a pool next door. "I will stop by before I leave." This was also stated on three different occasions. He has near once showed or been back in contact with me. You are unable to leave him a voicemail since his voicemail is full. I am guessing they are his current clients and others that have not been communicated with either. Very poor communication from a business owner. Last…
