We couldn’t be happier with our experience with this pool company. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding — always friendly, responsive, and willing to go above and beyond to help. They are incredibly reliable, show up when they say they will, and consistently do high-quality work. It’s hard to find companies these days that truly care about their customers, but this team definitely does. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism, honesty, and dependable service!

Our Jandy Salt System stopped working properly after 5 months of operation. My pool company builder submitted a warranty claim to get it resolved due to only being a few months old. My wife and I spoke with a Kenneth from their company today from their call center. He asked for a credit card to be on file for a warranty service call. When questioned about why they need a CC on file for a warranty call, Kenneth became defensive and kept cutting me off because I didn’t agree with their policy. One of the drivers was driving the company van on Forest Hill and SR7 near the Wellington Hospital at around 11am on July 10th and was involved in a road raging incident with a pedestrian who was legally crossing the road. The van turned right on red where he almost hit a man legally crossing. The Barefoot Pool van driver who was clearly in the wrong didn’t want to take accountability so he stopped in the middle of 4 lane traffic, leaned out his window, and yelled vulgar language at the pedestrian for a whole minute, causing a dangerous hazard for oncoming drivers. I had my motor replaced for my pool pump by Cameron who did an outstanding job at this replacement he noticed the filter housing is spraying water very lightly. He said he will set us up for a replacement on that. He said at first to not wait to long that can split from pressure. I said ok set it up. He did an outstanding job. I saw one of there drivers ran over a baby duck while they were crossing to the lake the person had enough time to stop but no he just keep on going straight and the mama duck saw and like making noise basically crying I don’t understand why people are evil
