Wsy way over priced, sold the wrong sizes refused return and or exchange, even with original receipt and packaging. No ware no damage on parts at all. Perfectly remarkable. Extremely rude name calling, called me hateful for asking for a return and then letting them know I was writing this report. They were very difficult to deal with from the moment I asked for assistance. Additionally their supply of accessories and after market products is extremely limited. We bought an above ground pool from them. Bailey walked us through all the steps as well as finding an installer for it. Great service and knowledgeable staff.... That's why we are return customers!

We’ve been in several times when the owners were there. They were helpful. Today we went in and the service was bottom of the barrel. I asked questions and the answer that was given was idk and it’s your pool you tell me. I also felt the manner of help was very condescending. Needles to say we went elsewhere and was treated 100% better and was helped in a friendly manner

I absolutely love this place! They have the best rice bowls ever!!! I'm not quite sure how that post was added to this location but it was most certainly an accident, lol. However, I do regularly purchase supplies for my swimming pool and hot tub from Blue Water Pools, and I absolutely love the customer service I receive! The prices are good, employees are helpful and knowledgeable, and the products are great! I don't go anywhere else for our swimming pool and hot tub needs.
