We switched to Boise Pool Pros after experiencing numerous issues with our prior pool maintenance company. I wish we would have made the change much sooner, as the quality of the service has been so much better. We have been impressed with the personal level of service, as well as the prompt responsiveness to any equipment issues or questions we have had. These guys are truly the best!

I have been extremely impressed with James and Boise Pool Pros. After a string of terrible experiences with another pool company, it was time to look elsewhere — and I’m so glad I found James. He is incredibly helpful, highly responsive, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with someone who takes such pride in his work and truly values his customers. I would recommend everyone to him.

IdaHomeServ is amazing. I've been a relatively high maintenance customer (my first time having a pool) and they have been responsive, informative and patient with all my questions. My daughters have sensitive skin and they created a custom plan to ensure the pool looks amazing and their needs were factored. I couldn't provide a higher recommendation. They're fantastic.

I can't say enough good things about Boise Pool Pros. James, the owner, has been exceptional compared to my experiences with other pool companies. After going through a different company each year for opening and closing my pool, I've finally found the best in the business. Paul is professional and definitely knows what he's doing. He has opened and closed our pool for the past 6 years and has done numerous pool tasks for us (installing a pump, fixing cracked pipes) in the meantime. I recommend him to everyone with pool issues.
