I am writing to provide feedback regarding the pool service I have received over the past six months. Unfortunately, I have found the quality of work to be consistently low and the service to be lacking in thoroughness. Additionally, communication from your team has not met expectations. Due to these ongoing issues, I cannot recommend your services to others.

Good price and at first it was good service, but with lack of staffing. Started noticing that the assigned pool guy wouldn't show up weekly as agreed. Last December, I was on vacation and guy didn't show up, but I was invoiced. When I notified them that no one showed up and the pool was getting greenish; the Owner said that they have a lack of staff and won't be able to service my pool anymore. A heads up would have been nice, rather than leaving my pool without the necessary service and already getting green.

I wish I knew or was warned. I was charged triple for an item that needed to be replaced (I had to ask multiple times for the receipt). I also found out from my new pool guy that the PH is extremely high. Which means that I will need to drain the pool some to bring it to a normal level to prevent damage to the wall. The owner is not an honest person, and obviously didn't maintain my pool as I thought. PPlTdidn't maintain my poothought belit'important to be honest be

Great pool company and very inexpensive compared to other companies. Very reliable, always on time and they are always happy to answer any questions that I may have. Thank you for the great service Bright Eye Pool.
