They are so kind and helpful, it was my first time in the store, and I didn't even have to hunt anybody down, they came to me to see if they could help, and it turned out they were a big help. I will definitely be going back, i recommend anybody to go there for great customer service.

If you are just an off the street customer don't expect any help. I walked through the entire store passing at least 9 employees who were to busy visiting with each other, sharing candy or just about walking over me without a single one acknowledging my presence in the store or offering any direction. If you go there be prepared to stand on a soapbox and announce your presence which is something I don't think a customer should have to do.

Edited 1/30/2026: After speaking with John, one of the managers, I am even more convinced that individual homeowner’s should avoid doing large project-type business with Builder’s until significant changes are made to its culture, training, processes, and customer service expectations. While acknowledging ways that communication could be improved, he accepted minimal responsibility for the major issues we experienced, shifting them largely to us. Great selection of Milwaukee and DeWalt tools/systems. Full service lumber/building materials. Love the drive-thru building for outside building material.

We just ordered a new washer and dryer, and Builders was great to work with! They helped us secure the best discounts, figure out what is actually in stock, and they’re flexible with the delivery!
