I had a great experience with the prompt efficient service by David and Anthony. They are a great duo! They fixed a broken pipe, added a collar and helped program our system. David wrote the bill and separated it as needed and they were on their way. These men were courteous and willing to help in any way. I will definitely call and ask for them again if i have a problem.

I visited Burton Pools today and I was pleasantly greeted by Parker. He efficiently processed my water sample and gave me a few tips on turning up the chlorine flow on my system. He otherwise indicated that my pool system was operating at peak performance with no additional chemicals required. Parker is an employee that I trust to take care of my needs.

I had a new pool liner put in by Burton, Dylan Colton and Mario Horacio’s crews did a fantastic job. I couldn’t be more pleased on how efficiently they worked. When small problems came up they came right back out to fix them. I would highly recommend using Burton for any liner replacement needs. Thank you!

If you want peace of mind, Burton's is the place to go. Our salesperson, Steven, was helpful throughout the process. He answered our questions and was always available when we had more. The guys on the installation crew were simply incredible. They were professional, communicative, and worked hard to get the pool up in a reasonable amount of time. The Doughboy brand is second-to-none. We chose the 21 foot model and it is made of sturdy materials, has a powerful pump and filtration system, and looks great. Burton Pools was hired to install our fiberglass pool. We had our own detailed plans and vision to transform our backyard into a retreat oasis. Excavation began November 13,2022 and was completed January 3,2023( except the cover and it was installed April 17,2023. Overall we are happy with everything, it looks beautiful. We had a very personable project manager ( Wesley) who was fairly new to the company. On month three trying to have Burton Pools in Springdale repair my waterfall. Burton installed the waterfall as part of a complete pool renovation about 4 years ago. It started leaking this past year and so far, we have had several service visits with no successful repairs and no scheduled follow up visit to actually fix it. The service department has been very difficult to work with, and they are not very responsive or competent in solving this issue. They don't seem care if the problem is actually resolved. Burton Pools Techs David and Anthony are AMAZING! I made the unfortunate mistake this year of contacting Seaside Pools to open my pool in April... Although my pool equipment including the pump and plumbing was new last year, after the pool was opened there was a leak coming from the top of the pump. My equipment is inside our pool house, so leaks are a problem, especially when they flood out the bathroom.
