We decided to build a small pool and spa to our backyard. After speaking to several companies we decided to go with California Pools Orange County North. The estimator, Sean, had very straight forward answers to all of our questions and didn't make us feel like we were buying a used car -- unlike the other companies we received estimates from. He's the reason we went with California Pools. The price to build our pool was comparable to other companies and they didn't lie to us to get our business. Bill, Kim, and Sean from the North County California Pools office were the best partners during the transformation of our backyard! We began our project right after New Years (ground zero), and finished within 5 months in spite of COVID19. We absolutely LOVE our pool, and wouldn't change a thing! As the Project Manager, Bill was very transparent in relation to status updates, keeping us on track with key cosmetic decisions, and even came out on the weekend while were were learning the logistics of the pool equipment. The service we received at California Pools was beyond superior. From the moment my husband and I decided to build a pool, they included us every step of the way! We were able to be instrumental in every step from start to finish. They were in constant communication and got back to us usually the same day. We interviewed 5 different swimming pool companies when we decided to get our first pool. California Pools was not the most inexpensive but they were there most professional. They really paid attention to what we wanted and their design totally delivered it. I highly suggest you call the folks at California Pools when you're thinking about building your swimming pool. - Andrea
