It’s been one year and we have had multiple issues with our pool. Was told three weeks when the installation started and after several days of non-work, it turned into six weeks before we could swim in our pool. Then after a week of running our pump and refilling our pool every night because it was 2 inches low., Mike finally sent somebody out to check for a leak after multiple requests. Of course they said they’ve never had a leak in any of their pool piping before, but that doesn’t seem the case by reading these reviews. 3 years after Mike installed our pool we found out the steps were installed wrong & it will take sawing & removing part of each step to install the retanerclips that were left out. The repair technician (from a different company) says he's never seen a Caro installed pool where this was done correctly. I had managed to forget the nightmares we had when they installed our pool.

Pool quality was ok there were some minor concerns from the beginning there was a patch of darker concrete that Mike said he would fix but never did, ended up doing myself. There was splatters of concrete behind the liner that eventually would push through the liner, he said if that happened he would repair the hole . However the biggest issue was when the pool was out of warranty, the entire pool drained dry. There was a break in the pipe at a 45 bend a nice clean break at the bottom of the pool, pipe had to be dug out and repaired . Caused by the pipe being fitted under strain a quality issu…

Mike the owner is not professional. He does not stand by his pools or help you when there is a problem. He never returns phone calls so once he has his money he is done with you. The quality of the pool is ok. The Liner has been gapping, their are bumpy hard rock feelings under the Liner and when I would ask him about it all he says Is everything is normal. He does not try and help you fix a problem. He also made my sun deck to deep and said that was a normal depth of a sun deck which after research it is not. Mike and his team at Caro Pools walked us through the process of putting our pool in several years ago and I must say they made it very easy! Mike took the time to explain everything and went over all of our options. We have been extremely happy with the quality of work as well as their availability to answer any questions we may have. I would highly recommend them!!

Mike and his team made our dream pool come true. After visiting many pool contractors in the area, we knew we was talking to the right contractor when we met Mike! The honesty, and the customer service we got is like no other buisness we found in town, thanks again Mike and team!!!!!
