Took pool sweep to repair and it hasn't worked since. Had him clean my filter once for me. Had to do it again cuz they didn't get it clean they took my pole sweep cuz the lid wouldn't stay on fix. The lid said they had to change a shaft. Sent me a $450 bill. Brought the thing back and it hasn't worked right since so they came and got it again and now they want to charge me another $400 to fix it. The maintenance on the water has been okay but they're not no good to work on anything. Wouldn't recommend them at all worst pool service I've ever had

Just had a pool put in. This company was recommended w our pool builder. They have been coming out for 3 weeks now. So friendly and knowledgeable !! Even the girl that I initially contacted, once the water was in the pool, explained the process and everything so well and professional. Answered all my questions I had. Very polite and informative. We’re keeping them!

Do not use this pool service . Thay must have done there own reviews.. one employee was smoking marijuana one day. Two weeks later next time that pulled up and we're drinking beer. After that felt real unsured about them being in my back yard. Poor and quick to leave work done by them .

Horrible maintenance. Pool is at its filthiest- Work performed: The business removed a good vacuum and replaced it with a first generation sweeper, why? Because there was no suction, why because the DE system needed to be cleaned and recharged- they did not do that, nor inform me of the vacuum swap. Additionally, the only “chemical” the pool has are tablets. I tested the chemical and there’s absolutely no chlorine in it. Unfortunately, the pool service is the worst I’ve ever worked with. $150 a month for them to unlock my gate, walk around the pool , and walk back out.

I was referred to this company for a warranty replacement on my pool pump. The gentleman on the phone told me he would be out the following Monday to replace the pump, Monday went by, Tuesday went by and now it's Wednesday with no call even to let me know what's going on. I did let them know I would now be going a different avenue because they failed to call or show up. I'm disappointed because I've been dealing with this pump issue for a while and I was looking forward to having it all functioning properly again.

Great service and help. Had a new wifi controller installed, and they sent out a second tech the next day to troubleshoot and make sure the system works as it should. Always helpful when I go into the shop. I highly recommend.
