Champaign Pool Pros charged $3,500 PREPAID inspection fee to see what the startup would be for our pool. After the "inspection" they came back and said it would be $200,000 to get the pool up and running. We were able to get it up and running for less than $1,000. The obvious rule of staying away from companies who require payment in full prior to working is a rule for a reason. Stay away from Champaign Pool Pros!

Noel knows his business. He helped my daughter with a pin size hole where she was loosing water in the above ground pool the kids enjoyed. He took the time and helped her with what he described as pool school. Teaching her basics to ensure the pool stays healthy and clean. He was patient and made sure she understood. He is definitely worth it!

Our pool was very damaged by a spring storm and we were sure it wasn’t fixable, but decided to called Pool Pros. Noel Valade came, assessed the damage and assured us the pool could be fixed. From start to finish, the level of professionalism and skill was top notch. We now are enjoying our pool again, thanks to Noel!

Noel came over and took care of the problem with my pool pump quickly and effectively. When he finished, be took his time and answered all my questions and concerns and gave me a lot of advice on how to better run the pool. He was great.

I requested a quote from Noel Valade and he promised for over 2 months to get one for me. After numerous texts and phone calls where I spoke directly with Noel and promises of a quote, I have yet to hear anything but excuses from him. A hugely disappointing experience. We went to another pool company and had a quote in 1 hour and a contract signed in 2 days and a date for a new pool. Things worked out.
