We moved a year ago to our new home with a pool and the prior owners recommended we continue Chavez Pool Care. It was absolutely the right decision as Fidel was so helpful in educating us in the proper care of the pool and with some changes/repairs that will need to be done in the future. We have found him to be very responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. They did an excellent cleaning and opening of the pool this spring and went above board in their efforts. So glad we have this wonderful company taking care of our pool.

I would never go swimming in a pool serviced by this man. He was Rude, mean and belligerent! He nearly ran me over at home depot causing damage to my purchase as I was trying to load it in my car. Then started yelling at us that is was my fault. If this is how he treats his customer or how he takes care of his customers I wonder if he even takes care of a pool properly.

Fidel has been servicing our pool for 5 years and he is very responsive and reasonably priced compared to bigger companies in the area. Thoroughly diagnoses issues and fixes them quickly.

We contacted this business to get help opening our pool. It has been very challenging as we are new to this process. The agreement was that they would come clean the pool with their industrial equipment and get it open for use. The workers were friendly and put a ton of shock into it but did NOT use any industrial equipment. They used a net to skim the pool and remove debris but nothing else. The owner demanded the full payment on day one. When the workers left the first day they left direction for how to continue to clean up process and stated they’d be back. They did come back a second time …

The best, most honest and dedicated service to its clients. And even if he doesn't speak English perfectly, that doesn't make him any less than other companies; on the contrary, he helps people with limited resources to pay. I'm proud to be the wife of the owner of this company. Good job, Chavez Pool Care, here's the best! 🤩

This individual is a complex person to deal with, to say the least! Does not use any modern equipment, demands that you supply him the chemicals, limited English, and requires to be paid up front on the spot, which is fine but still utmost annoying. Not to mention, he is quite expensive. Very! Used his services for 1 season, even gave him a chance to correct his shortcomings, even offered to help find him new customers but all to no avail. He failed in each and every category.
