This is absolutely one of the worst pool service companies I have ever dealt with. I booked this company because they had good ratings on Google, but after my experience, I understand why the one-star reviews say what they say. I had a technician come out to service my pool. He added treatments to the water, but left the pool with zero pressure because there were leaves stuck in the blower motor. There were also leaves still in the canister, and chemicals were added while leaves were still inside the pool. I’ve been using Classic Pool Service & Repair LLC for years and have always had a great experience. Their communication is always on point, and they do an amazing job keeping me updated on any billing changes, filter clean schedules, or repairs that may be needed. I really appreciate the notifications and how proactive they are with maintenance. It’s hard to find a company that’s this reliable and consistent. I would highly recommend Classic Pool for any of your pool service or repair needs!

This is a family-run business that is committed to customer service and communication. We’ve used them for 4 years, including having the oversee a chip out remodel last year. Anytime we have a challenge we need help with, they respond quickly. They care about the health of our pool…it’s not just a paycheck for them. Tito, Amber, and all the technicians and subcontractors they’ve hired are absolutely stellar.

I been dealing with different pool services companies and classic pool services it’s the best great work and really good service
