We are beyond thrilled with the result that Clear Pools and Quito Pena provided for us. It is literally our "dream pool". Quito Pena and his crew were great and delivered what they said they would AND then some. (Always in a professional manner.) Mr. Pena gave us a timeline of 6-8 weeks, and it was completed in 7. Clear Pools re-plastered my pool in January of 2022. Quito Pena cannot be trusted to keep his word. I reluctantly paid him in full for his services after he assured me that he would complete the job and not "leave me hanging" as he stated that he's been in business since 1986. After the re-plastering, I had to have my main drain unclogged because his workers failed to remove the drain cover before the re-plastering and several pieces of old chipped out plaster were in the drain and pipes. I called and texted him many times to have my pool cleaned and water balanced as the contract states, but …

They did not clean my pool and let algae build up then tried to up charge the work. Also be very careful how you pay they withdrew this months payment from my credit card without my consent. He knows I’m out of town for a few months and refuses to answer my calls. Do not do Buisness with these SHADY people. Hire someone else and in one day had my pool looking great. Did have to drain the pool like he recommended.

I am a customer and I never expected our experience to be so negative. This isn’t our first pool building experience or construction experience so we expected the same VIP customer service we have received in the past with other companies. Needless to say the VIP services ended the minute we signed our contract. I agree Quito is very disrespectful and rude when you question something. We gave him our last payment in July 2018 and to this date January 2019 we have not been able to get Quito come out and finish the following: broken gate, spilling spa, lopsided fountain, flooding deck, defective…
