It’s hard to put into words the culture of this company and the character of the owner Ken. We did a pool renovation (90%+) at the start of the COVID years. There was a lot of extra work because I was also re-landscaping at same time, to include removing concrete. Ken was a complete patient professional even though I knew he had a timetable for other jobs. The Reno was spectacular work. And in maintaining my pool weekly, the company never misses a service and works so hard to keep pricing down. The absolute best company!

Clearwater Pools & Patio built our pool and the whole experience was excellent. They walked us through every step of the process, from design to permitting to construction, so we always knew what was coming next, and you could tell they really cared about getting the details right. Since the pool was finished, Juan has been doing our weekly maintenance and he's been great. Reliable, thorough, and it's obvious he takes pride in the work. The pool has stayed in great shape thanks to him. Highly recommend Clearwater for both the build and the ongoing maintenance.

Clearwater pool has provided maintenance to our pool for over two years and we are extremely happy with the consistent and excellent results. Elmer, our pool service technician, is amazing and we can always count on having a sparkling pool after his weekly visit. We have had other pool companies in the past, but Clearwater has been the best.

My husband and I have a 20' x 52' lap pool in Pinecrest and Ken Manheimer's Clearwater Pools has been maintaining it for the past 12 years; they are without question one of the, if not, the most professional company in their field here in S. Florida!!! The entire staff adheres to the highest standards and it's clearly demonstrated in service provided in every aspect. Clearwater Pools has been doing a wonderful job for us maintaining our pool. Juan keeps everything running perfectly (and to be honest, our pool is on the older side) so I know it’s not as easy. He’s so polite and we feel comfortable having him here in our home … which really is important to us. Also, I’m very thankful that if ever I’ve called the office to speak with someone for changes in dates or service questions, there is always someone to answer and respond immediately, professionally and courteously. I cannot say enough great things about Clearwater Pools and the outstanding experience I had working with them. Building a custom pool is a major investment, and after going through the entire process, I can confidently say I made the right choice.
