I used this company to clean my pool last summer (2018), and close it for the winter. First off, Guy is an employee for the company who was showing us the components of the pool on the first day of moving in our home. He turned off the pool motor and the motor would not turn back on. So welcome to being a pool owner, on the first day of moving into our new home, we had to buy a new pool motor. I called for a price quote for 2020 season maintenance and repairs to our pool. He was short on the phone and spouted off prices for maintenance on the phone. I asked if he would come look at the pool and give a price for repairs. He said yes. I asked him when. He said Monday at 9:30. He never showed up.

John was not very prompt or attentive. I asked him for a estimate to resurface an inground pool. Based on my own calculations material and crew (easy enough with math and the internet) I estimated no more than $10,000. This was pretty high estimate. John came out and blew me away with a far left field estimate of $20,600!!! He was not very talkative on site regarding the work etc. He provided me with a paper copy of the estimate which was 4 days after his visit. It showed no break down of cost analysis regarding material labor etc., just the task ”resurface pool, $20,600”! Yes, that took him …

I spoke to someone named John to do a pool inspection. It was not very professional in all aspects from: (1) answering phone call -- "Hello" is all one gets; (2) non-responsive -- follow-up text message questions never answered; 3) non-committal on schedule after the initial schedule fell through -- "really depends on how other jobs play out". I'm not sure someone can make money by providing a service such as this?

John and Guy opened my pool in the spring and closed it in the fall. Then they fixed two leaks in my hot tub in December. All well done and at a reasonable cost. No complaints here.

Very unresponsive. Called multiple times over the course of a week and left voicemails. At no pint did I either get a call back or have someone pick up the phone.
