Drew was recommended to us by Columbia Pool & Spa. He was professional, patient, helpful, and friendly. He diagnosed and repaired our hot tub leak. He took the time to show us the issue and explain it to us, as well as the repair. He shared some great tips with us on hot tub maintenance. He even reached out after the repair to ensure everything was working properly. We are very happy. He’s definitely our new hot tub guy!.

Drew was tremendous to work with on our hydrotherapy pools for Mizzou Athletics. He was very thorough in his diagnosis, made repairs that will last years, and had great communication throughout the process. He is a great teacher and was able to provide valuable information about how the systems operate, safety protocols, chemicals, preventative maintenance, and so on. Drew is an excellent technician. He is efficient and has knowledgeable of the repair of all brands of hot tubs. He contacted the manufacturer of our tub to diagnosis and install the proper codes for the electronics and worked to get our hot tub running correctly. I appreciated his prompt arrival to our appointment outside of the City of Columbia. His fees are very reasonable. I will definitely use him again.

Drew was fantastic. Called me right back on a weekend. I'm a new pool owner and was having some difficulty getting my pump to recirculate. He spent over an hour on the phone helping me troubleshoot the issue. And saved me an expensive service trip. I will definitely be using Drew to service my pool in the future.

Edit: *Drew ended up reaching out, and even though he was not able to help me with my particular issue, he heard me out, and gave me some suggestions on where to start.* I need my Jacuzzi repaired and Ive read good things about this company, however, after numerous calls and multiple messages, I still have not heard back from Drew, and cannot seem to get him on the phone.
