Nick and his crew came out to fix our cover we had installed 2.5 years ago by a guy who clearly had no idea what he was doing and the cover has never worked correctly. They spent a day working on it and fixed it all up!! So easy to work with and efficient. I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Outstanding job. The guys showed up when they said they would and were extremely professional. They replaced the 14 year old pool cover and it works great! They took the time to align it just right so that the new cover tracks properly. They answered all of my questions and you could tell they had done this many times before. Big thanks to Nick and his crew.

CoverCare was available quickly to come out and assess our cover issues. They had friendly staff and fixed our issue right away. In addition, they provided streamlined, emailed, documentation of the issues they addressed so we had it for future reference, which is appreciated. We will keep them on our list of vendors and will refer others for sure!

The guys at Cover Care were great to deal with and highly professional. We had a bad part that we didn’t know about and they didn’t miss a beat. Hope we don’t need a new cover for a while but will go with Cover Care again .

Great guys, fixed the problem fairly quickly but also took the time to teach me what could have caused the problem.
